Refunds and Returns

We will refund payments made for orders received that we cannot deliver by the agreed date.
Goods will not be accepted for return unless they are deemed to be faulty as a direct result of manufacture or inferior packaging, or are damaged in transit.
Please notify our Help Desk info@ceilings.com.au  within seven (7) days of  receipt of goods. We require the following information before a refund or return can be made -

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Reason for wanting refund/return
Once this information has been received we can advise by return email the procedure for returning the goods.
Refunds will be processed upon return of goods to Ceilings.com
